Hey team! I want to let you know about an exciting opportunity to play in the MN Open, Minnesota’s biggest and most competitive badminton tournament of the year! It’s open to players of all skill levels and features a variety of events.

Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself, gain experience, or just have fun competing—I highly encourage you to sign up!

Dates: Aug 29-31
Location: Burnsville High School

Registration Deadline: Sunday, August 17th @ 11:59 p.m.

High School Student Flat Rate: $30 (Be sure to include your high school name in the “Club” section)

Men’s & Women’s Singles

Men’s & Women’s Doubles

Mixed Doubles

Senior Divisions

Recreational Singles/Doubles (for 16 y/o & under who haven’t played in adult tournaments)

Format:
Drop-flight format: everyone is guaranteed at least two matches. You’ll be grouped into brackets (A/B/C) based on how you perform—so even if you’re newer to tournaments, you’ll be placed with similarly skilled players.
